Tim Hortons - Sanborn

The Tim Hortons in Sanborn is one of the worst stores I have ever visited. It is unfortunate that it is the closest one to where I live. They are frequently out of products, including ice tea. At 2 pm, they were out of ice tea and unable to make more unless a supervisor was present to authorize it. This situation is ridiculous. The Tim Hortons on Military Rd and 31 always has everything available no matter the time of day or evening. They prioritize customer service. It seems that if you want good service, you have to be willing to drive for it.

I have been to this restaurant multiple times now and each time I have ordered a sausage cheese English muffin for $1.70. However, I have been charged for and served a sausage, egg, and cheese muffin costing $3.60 despite clearly stating that's not what I wanted. It seems they need to work on their listening skills.

Purchase gift cards at this establishment, but do not redeem them for meals here.

It is disappointing that many students receive Tim Hortons gift cards only to discover they are unable to redeem them at the Tim Hortons located within the school. This situation is quite frustrating and undermines the purpose of these gift cards.

I stop by this restaurant every morning for my coffee and Marg is fantastic. She efficiently serves customers, getting them in and out quickly, which helps me avoid being late for work. I wanted to make sure she gets credit for her exceptional service.
