El Dorado - Sancti Spiritus

My family started at a Casa a few doors away and they were associated with El Dorado so we had the Christmas buffet here (December 24, 2022) which was excellent and good value. I will come again. They also had an impressive musical quartet that was also excellent. Strongly recommended.

It's good with a nice rooftop, but took nearly an hour to bring us a first drink. Lobster was fantastic (and in its shell, as it should be) which is rare in Cuba.

The best food in town, and very good prices too. Our first visit was rather disappointing, as the meal took over two hours beating the worst we had seen so far in service speed. Felt like everything was prepared and served by one person, for the whole restaurant. Anyway, we came back, because everything else in Trinidad seemed pricey or mediocre rated, and we got promised and delivered great service this time. I'll consider the first experience an exception.

Great restaurant! My family and I really enjoyed our Christmas dinner 2019 there, it was delicious, very good prices and excellent service! I recommend this place in Trinidad, Cuba.
