Bigoli Fresh Pasta - Sand City

Excellent pasta. They have all types as well as different raviolis. All good. I give some to friends in Stockton and they love them.

One of the best lasagnas I have ever had. The large portion $44) easily feeds 7. Check out this hidden gem.

It shows up as a restaurant but when you actually go, it's just a place to buy LITERAL raw pasta to make yourself. We entered and it was just like a little market and saw absolutely no one. Only leaving this review to help others not get excited for an actual meal that's ready and to only go if you want to make it yourself.

Stopped by today to check them out. Walked out with meat lasagna for two and a pound of butternut squash ravioli. Had both for dinner tonight. Both were delicious but the butternut squash was out of this world, the best I've ever had! Can't wait to try their other varieties of raviolis!

When I was inside the store, I felt like I was in a mom and pop pasta store in Italy. This pasta is hands down the best anywhere. And if you can name a local restaurant with amazing pasta it probably is made here. Super reasonable prices with unparalleled flavors. Gourmet, comfort, gorgeous food at its best. The short rib ravioli with butter sage sauce- heaven. The gnocchi, the lasagna, the sauces, the everything. There is not a bad choice to be had.
