Mcdonald's - Sand Springs

Excellent experience here. Usually I don't stick to McDonalds, but it was late the day and I needed a coffee and McDonald has some of the best. I was told to wait while they were freshly brewing it for me, which I was totally pleased to hear. Thanks for going beyond and beyond and making me a fresh cup. I enjoyed every drop. The customer service experience is above the expectations at this location. Thank you.

The order is particularly fast with the McDonald app. I am definitely more able to get exactly what I need by ordering online. I don't like the points running out. Although they give you a warning that you lose your points, you can only order an item at a time with points. You have pretty good actions in the app that are frequently updated.

Again I went to another place and got a high seat orange drink, it is one of the drinks I can drink because of my disability no carbonization and absolutely refreshing

While all others did nothing Rose went up and up. I had a hard time on the kiosk and she came out and took my order. She told my wife and I'm going to make sure that she's taking it out while other lazy employees called table numbers. She made sure everything was good and if we needed something. You need managers like Rose. Thank you. Rose for the best service yet. I'm back
