Mcdonald's - Sand Springs

Eventhough they 're open 24 hrs, they REFUSED TO SERVE ME FISH OR CHICKEN AFTER11 PM BECAUSE IT TAKES TOO LONG TO COOK ! 12mins according to them, but I was a manager at McDonald 's and i KNOW IT ONLY TAKES 5 MINUTES! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! So for 12 hrs of that 24 (11pm-11am) there is no chicken or fish on their menu?! RIDICULOUS!

McDonald's cheeseburgers are classic comfort food, with juicy patties and gooey cheese. The McChicken offers a crispy, flavorful alternative. McFlurries provide a satisfying sweet treat, though they could be more generous with mix-ins. Breakfast items like the Egg McMuffin are reliable choices, but consistency can vary by location. Just a very rude place. Don't expect any kind of good service. I wish I could give no star's.

The cleanliness of the interior was poor. All the tables were dirty and not cleaned properly. When we placed our order, there was no table number tag on the order monitor which caused confusion. The staff did not refill our drinks and the tray they brought to our table had hair in it. It was very disappointing and unhygienic. There was a woman, who appeared to be a manager, in a blue shirt sitting behind our table and she was yelling at other staff members which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and due to the poor hygiene, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Shame as it used to be decent. Waited 15 minutes in the drive through line after paying. No other cars in line. Saw 2 people taking bags of food back into the store with issues while I waited. Easier and better to go down the street to Sonic or Wendy's.
