Came here with the family am silvester, great food, good value, lively atmosphere, really enjoyed it.

The service was absolutely terrible, it took 25 minutes to get 3 drinks from the bar that was not even busy. the waitresses passed several times and have never recognized our finished plates. No one ever came to check whether our food was in order or not, appetizers were expensive for the amount of food received. overall a bad experience.

We visited The Glasshouse for a group meal and there were seven of us in total. We all agreed that the restaurant is a beautiful building with lovely decor. The food was fantastic, with steaks cooked to perfection and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. There were two friendly young staff members who seemed to be new and were unfamiliar with the menu. However, when an older staff member came over, her demeanor was quite abrupt and almost aggressive. It was also inappropriate for her to be wearing a mini skirt while serving. She seemed to have some attitude issues, which detracted from our experience. I believe that additional training in both menu knowledge and customer service should be provided to all employees.

I met a friend at the restaurant, and we started with drinks at the bar. After that, we took a seat. It was a quiet Monday night, and we were the only customers there. The waitress was nice and friendly, but I finished my drink within 10 minutes and wasn't offered another one for the entire night. We shared a platter and then moved on to our main course.
