I went to today and the food was hands down perfect Kayla knocked it out of the park and also was very nice to all of the customers in the store. Definitely will be back to eat again.
Great place to eat... very economical and well worth it...
In the last two years this Moes has really gone down hill!! They are always out of green salsa, grilled onions and cilantro. The online orders are always wrong. They often add cheese to our orders that need to be dairy free. The bathroom is disgusting. Never going to this one again scared to go to the others!
I visited Moe's on Wednesday the 21st after a really tough day. I've been coming to this location since I was a kid, and the food has always been fantastic. I arrived around 8:00 PM; I don't typically like to show up this close to closing time since I know they wrap things up around 9:00, but I had a class that ended at 7:45 and figured it wouldn't be an issue. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the familiar enthusiastic "Welcome to Moe's!" I placed my order, and it was prepared by a young man who demonstrated excellent customer service and had a great sense of humor. It was clear that the night had been challenging, with impatient DoorDash drivers and some older customers struggling to articulate what they wanted. While I was eating, I saw the manager come out from the corridor next to the register, on the phone with a very upset woman who was yelling about missing guacamole and sour cream. He spent a good 5-6 minutes apologizing and explaining the situation, offering several solutions. Eventually, the call became unproductive, and the manager had to end it. I spoke up to support him and the staff wholeheartedly. Let’s clarify something: while I understand the woman's frustration about the missing guac and sour cream, there's a limit to how we should handle these situations. Moe's is on the pricier side, but so is everything else these days. Yelling at a 16-year-old or a manager over a $4 side of guacamole isn't going to make things better. If it bothers you that much, simply ask for a coupon for your next visit or a refund. Mistakes happen, and being rude to those who are trying to help you isn't the right approach. This location has received some negative reviews, including comments about "dry cheese," which I don't even understand. Regardless, I hope the staff sees this. I've been to this Moe's many times, recognized some familiar faces behind the counter, and have never had an issue. As for complaints about prices, they are reasonable compared to anywhere else. If you’re concerned about portion sizes, just politely ask for a little extra; the worst they can say is no. Let's treat each other with kindness. Missing guacamole and sour cream isn’t worth losing your cool over. Let’s keep things in perspective.
