The food my family and I had this evening was terribly disgusting and disappointing (except the shrimp cocktail, impossible to mess that up and the biscuits, of course). The lobster was awful, not completely cooked and zero flavor, the macaroni and cheese with bacon was awful, think they must use can cheese ?, the broccoli was cold, the baked potato had melted butter and sour cream ALL on the bottom of the plate, and NONE on the potato. I was going to complain, but decided what 's the point. The manager would most likely apologize and forget everything I had just said two seconds after s/he left my table. My thoughts about that (management doing absolutely nothing about my family 's very unpleasant experience) would be indicative of the restaurants poor food service. Haley, however, our server was great! But she even recognized the food presentation was less than subpar.
You can keep the Caribbean tail. That’s trash. Everything else was good for lobsterfest. Server needs to be more aware we needed
Had to wait 40 mins to be seated and it was slow after being seated we had to wait 15 more mins until we where even seen by our waitress it took her 20 mins to get our drinks finally after we got our food we didn’t have any utensils to eat with we had to ask for them we only check on once and it wasn’t even from our waitress once we asked for the check it took another 30 mins to get that and we had to ask the manger for and we expressed our concerns but she really didn’t seem to really care and the manger printed out the wrong check over all the experience was horrible it really has me debating if I ever want to go back
This restaurant is under staffed and very unprofessional. The bar tender Jayden W stood there and gossiped with his coworkers about previous customers horribly. Jayden spent most of his time negatively criticizing customers versus taking care of the customers present. The other staff stood around gossiping as well. As a frequent customer of this location, I find it extremely unprofessional and exhausting to be around disgruntled employees. We come to a restaurant for dinner and great service. Not be pulled into your negative experiences and how much you dislike your job! ???
