Me and my son came in the dining room, ordered food from the Kiosk. Food was great, probably the best I have had from Taco Bell. Went to make my driink and the soda was flat, went to counter to see if they could make it in the back. I waited at the counter until someone greeted me, the gentlemen who greeted me was helping another guest but asked me what I needed. I told him the soda tasted weird, I work in fast food my self, trying to help them I mentioned it tasted flat. He got irritated and said someone will help you in a moment and shook his head. Another gentlemen working I believe drive thru was AWESOME and helped me no questions asked. After eating i wanted a refill and I waited by the counter again, this time a lady spoke with me and got an attitude because i asked for a refill. She didnt know it wasnt working and said why cant I use the one in the dining room.Long story short, 3/4 of the employees working here do not want to interact with customers, when they do they act like its the biggest inconvenience for them.Thank you to the 1 employee who was working and going above and beyond. To the other you made the atmosphere very uninviting and I didnt feel welcome at all. Its a shame that the customer service is lacking because the food was great.
Service is often slow, my orders are wrong or missing items a lot of the time. the kiosks have stopped working a couple times and one of the employees is kind of combative, I went and bought something at the kiosk and when I got back to my table she insisted I hadn't paid for my single item when I clearly had.
Was a bit of a hiccup for this location as they were short staffed. It happens. The manager was ever more than thankful to help me with my order even if doors had to be locked. Was very accommodating. So sad this location is always so overwhelmed and worked but I get it... I'm sorry but thank you all! I wish I'd gotten managers name!
