Contribuisci feedbackMy husband and I came in for lunch and waited over 10 minutes for someone. Why is there no staff? This is insane.
Normally I have no problems with this location but today was terrible. Person taking order screwed up the order and left some things out and seemed to be rushing me a bit, then there was no greeting or have a nice day or is your order correct on the screen or anything which OK whatever then my order isn't right. Went inside and everybody seemed to have an attitude and went to check the order in the system as if it was my mistake not theirs. then only when they realized they messed up they made it real quick and once again no apology or have a nice or nothing. Customer service is in need of a serious overhaul that kinda stuff makes me not want to go back when it's that hard to recieve just 3 items correctly and politely.
Ordered online. Waited 15 minutes in the store for pick up. Was told they were waiting on potatoes. After 10 pre minutes the manager told me they were out of beans and my worker couldn’t be made. Was told a refund couldn’t be issued until I call a customer service number. I am still on hold at the now 18 minute mark. So no food, and no refund. Amidst this the manager was yelling at construction workers there for lunch for some reason. Drive down the road a bit for a different Taco Bell ?
Cheesy gordita crunch Supreme was missing sour cream and tomatoes that I paid extra for.The spicy potato soft taco had no sauce. Just potato, cheese, and lettuce. The chicken crispon was supposed to come with sour cream instead of spicy ranch, but that was missing. The loaded beef nachos were supposed to come with light beans extra sauce and extra beef that I paid extra for. It was loaded with beans. No extra meat or cheese. Tried to call the store, no answer. This order was done through their taco bell app.
Came for breakfast as I go to taco bell (multiple locations) occasionally for the breakfast steak crunchwrap. When handed the bag in the drive thru I immediately felt that it was extremely light. I pull my crunchwrap out to see what’s in the picture. I took it inside and inquired about it with the manager and she goes, “we can remake it but it won’t be much more than that.” I said that I’ve been here before and it was not like this, and she swore up and down it always has been. I just laughed and said forget it. The manager thought I was gone and started running her mouth in the back thinking I couldn’t hear her. I just let it go and left. Her name was Neek, Neekie or something like that. Came to check out the reviews and nearly all of them are the same complaints, they’re shorting people on everything ?. Never coming here again. Horrible business and customer service.
