Absolutely crushed it. The ice cream is fresh and on point. Very helpful/nice staff. Understanding the location I do wish there was more seating available but awesome place and experience. I will be coming back!

Well. Apparently the 9pm closing time is actually closer to 8:30pm. Granted we did arrive on the border of closing time but hearing We haven 't had anyone come in over an hour and a half and we close in 20 minutes so we 're not making anymore milkshakes isn 't what I 'd call customer service. I 'll just keep taking my business to Lolly 's. They have better ice cream anyway. If the GM or owner sees this, I 'd love to chat about the exchange I had with your employees.

This is a fun spot! The “freak shakes” are some of the best, we loved the experience and came back again with friends! The edible cookie dough on a stick is cool, the peanut butter one is our favorite. It’s pricey but you can always just get ice cream in a cup and enjoy! You get to keep the jar if you do a shake so it’s a cool souvenir!

NOT EVEN DISNEY PUMPS INFLATION INTO A MILKSHAKE LIKE THIS. ? This is one of those places where you spend $20 on a milkshake that is “designer”.Essentially you get the same thing you’d get at Cold Stone or Dairy Queen, with a mason jar included that has the logo on it, which is an additional six dollars and they don’t ask if you want that but if you go with the $14 size it is a 6 or 8oz milkshake as opposed to the 12oz; and then it has a brownie or extra peanut butter, combined with a bunch of sugary condiments to make it look AWESOME.But underneath all the gooey edible glitter and glam you’re still getting a milkshake or one or two scoops of ice cream in a cup, that you can get at any ice cream place for far cheaper.

This restaurant exudes a trendy and modern ambiance. The Cookie Monster dessert was both incredibly sweet and vividly cerulean, through to the aftermath, might be a bit too much information. ? I'm uncertain about returning; something about the after experience didn't quite resonate with me.
