Definitely the best food I ate in Norway and Scandinavium. The last time I ate food that was on the same level (but a different type) it was prepared by a former Dette chef to the royal court in Sweden, the same man who had cooked the Nobel dinner for 3 years. As well as when I was in Oaxaca which had very similar food. But unfortunately it's a bit too far to fly to Mexico every time I want to eat out. Don't be completely prepared for such good food when you eat out. You have awakened my joy in eating at a restaurant and you are doing Norway and Sandnes a service in your existence. Thanks
