Been coming here for a long time and stopped for 1 slice, my usual pepperoni and sausage. Im ticked! $5 for one slice and it has 2 pieces of pepperoni and 4 crumbles of sausage?? What gives? I called to place a take-out order last Wednesday evening. The young teenager who answered put me on hold for 10 minutes. After waiting, I hung up and tried calling again. Before I could even say anything, the same person told me to please hold once more. Another 10 minutes went by, and I ended up hanging up again. In total, I wasted 20 minutes and still didn't get my pizza. We decided to go with Papa Murphy's instead, which provided excellent customer service and was quick. Bab's is very poorly managed. This isn't our first bad experience there, but it's definitely the last one. We won't be returning. Don't waste your time.
