Sandringham

No welcome after kept waiting after arrival, only asked if we had booked, no hello or follow me to your table etc . . No communication from waitress. Drinks placed on table without a word. Absoulty no effort put in from the waitress. Looking around the resturant seems we pulled the short straw as all other staff looked happy, friendly and where interacting with customers. We had planned to stay for dessert but couldnt get out quick enough. We asked if she was new which would account for the look of wanting to be anywhere else but here and lack of communication and interaction, but nope. Food was nice however not the quality I would of expected but service totally ruined our experience

Brought my mum as a treat while holidaying in the area. We were greeted with a warm and happy welcome and given a choice of seats. Service was excellent throughout and the servers answered all our questions. Food was out of this world using local ingredients. We will be back when the palace is open and will definitely book a table at the restaurant again.

Staff prioritised clearing tables to taking away our dishes and taking further orders. Although we like leisurely eating, it took 2 hours to have lunch. Inexperienced staff maybe. The place was virtually empty too.

Enjoyable meal at Sandringham. the Staff were friendly and effiicent, and were able to assist with any queires. Bit of a wait to be seated, this i believe jhough was down to limited staff being available. Would I go again yes.
