Big Boy - Sandusky

I absolutely love the buffet, especially the chicken tortilla soup—it's delicious! Everything is vibrant and appetizing. However, I do have a small complaint. Some of the waitstaff could be more attentive; they sometimes seem more interested in chatting with friends than attending to the tables. I can't remember their names (but I’ll make sure to pay closer attention on my next visit), as a few of them just stand around or do nothing while we wait for more coffee. Thankfully, the majority of the staff is really friendly. Keep up the good work!

The Super Big Boy was warm and a great size, and the waitress provided excellent service. The fries tasted much better than on previous visits. Although my daughter mentioned that the beef steak was a bit smaller this time, it was still delicious!

A week ago, our experience with the waitress was disappointing due to her slow service, and the food arrived cold. However, we decided to give the restaurant another chance today, and I'm glad we did! Our waitress was excellent this time, and the food was fresh and served hot. She did an amazing job! I'm really pleased that we chose to return, and we will definitely come back! I also think the prices are reasonable.
