Chipotle Mexican Grill - Sandusky

As a former GM I can clearly state this location and it's leaders are severely lacking the 13 characteristics. No peak deployment, not cleaning our line, cut sizes all over the place and grill back or spot checks in dining room. Dining room a mess , food was overcooked and not being flipped out properly and overall bad experience. I can say the staff were in decent moods but we're more focused on having fun with each other. We need a facility check as well as a team leader visit

I generally like Chipotle, and Mexican food in general. Yet this location was really dirty. It was difficult to find a table which was clean.

My experience at this location has been the lowest I've ever had at a Chipotle location. In my opinion the general manager needs to consider, review and educate the staff. If you are in the area I would skip this location and treat yourself to a better restaurant!.

Burrito bowl is really good and employees are nice.

I am concerned about anyone walking up the rack and grabbing my food w/o showing any proof of payment.
