The staff was great, but paying by the hour sucks. You have to rush through your game to get 2 sets in. Greedy ownership. $50.00 for an hour for 4 is far too high for just bowling. The equipment malfunctioned excessively but the staff was responsive and nice.

This alley was amazing! Was there from 1-3:30 on a Thursday and there was not a lot of people there, which I loved. The ball selection is very wide, and there are lots of lanes available. I wish really appreciated the staff and how helpful the lady was (the lane I was bowling in had some troubles). I also got my new big score in bowling here! Might be a little biased, but this alley is AMAZING!!!

The service was lacking, and there weren't any activities for the kids who were just playing around. It wasn't a comfortable atmosphere. They really need to switch the TV channel to cartoons. The fun cards cost more than a birthday cake, and there aren't many games for the kids to enjoy.

The bowling lanes were just okay. Unfortunately, we experienced a lot of mechanical issues during our visit, which was quite disappointing for our group. We had to go to the front desk for assistance more than four times. At one point, the ball return stopped working, and the boys sharing the return with us began using multiple balls before their game ended and they left. After that, our group was cut off from drinks and even threatened with charges due to the actions of the lane next to us. This really put a damper on our birthday party, and we felt unwelcome as the staff appeared frustrated every time we asked for help with the mechanical problems. Our experience could have been much better if we weren’t threatened with charges for something that wasn't our fault and if the manager had taken the time to explain why we were cut off, rather than just instructing the staff to stop serving us.

Another night of shoddy equipment, can't believe an owner can raise prices for league bowlers and keep terrible conditions. Brad, should cover his face when he walks in this alley. Not to mention serving out of date drinks!
