Beans Brews Coffeehouse - Sandy

Good coffee, cool and friendly crews. We came in from a restaurant next door, half hour before closing. We hang out and enjoyed our coffee in the seating area. The crew were very nice and reminded us that they were closing in few minutes. She was very polite and friendly. Our coffee were served very hot which I really like and the place is well maintained. They also have pastries. They close at 8pm but I wish they close late especially on a Friday night or weekends.

Worst coffee I ever had in the recent times. The person taking the orders for drive-thru was very uninterested. They didn't have stirrers for mixing sugar and the drive-thru order taking lady acted very rude. I had a very enjoyable experience here in the past, not sure what changed.

I love Beans Brews!! But this location? ???? I normally order a 32 ounce cups full of ice with 2 shots of espresso. When I got to the window the cashier handed me the two 32 ounces, then two small cups of the espresso. I have been getting this order with my sister for over a year now From different locations and never has it been given separately. I asked a simple question ?just to make sure my order is correct right??? I ordered two 32 ounce cups full of ice with 2 shots of espresso right??? The lady taking orders not handing out orders at the window Rudely said ?Yes it is always done that way!!? I explained I was only checking due to never getting it like that. She began to tell me it?s for training purposes?. Okay that?s fine, Again I was only asking because in the year I have been ordering the same thing it has never came like that. She then said she would contact corporate and notify them of my complaint and slammed the window. No one was complaining?. Until NOW?. THIS LOCATION had the rudest customer service, it?s normally really friendly but today a different story!! In other words don?t order two 32 ounces cups full of ice with 2 shots of espresso they will charge you almost 8 dollars, be rude if you ask a simple question, throw the whole contact corporate saying, and slam the window on you lol Happy Sunday Coffee Peeps ??

Great customer service. Smiling faces. That?s why I go back to this Starbucks. Keep up the great work guys!

I arrived at the place and asked to use the bathroom and wash my hands first, then I asked for the bathroom key and they denied it and said I should place an order first. I love Beans Brews but with this trash service I will never go back to this address, I'm glad that at other addresses the service is completely different.
