Jersey Mike's Subs - Sandy

The manager and his team treated me on a level that seemed liked royalty. I wanted to see if it was just me, so I hung around and ate lunch and noticed it was unchanging with each customer. These folks love their job and deserved to be recognized

I waited for at least 30 minutes while I watched 6 customers after me get served their order before I did. I don’t accept the explanation that my sandwich was a hot sandwich and took that much longer. I won’t be returning to Jersey Mikes again. I will be going to any number of their competitors.

I got a #64--a portobello mushroom sandwich. Totally tasteless, a little salt and/or seasoning would've gone a long way. Plus for added fun, they included the woody un-edible mushroom stem pieces. Really bummed me out and turned me off of this sandwich I'd been looking forward to trying. I'd had such a great sandwich just the other day--a #4, small Italian meats It'll be while before I go back

Completely mess up my order. I ordered take out and it’s not worth going back. Seems like they made up a sub. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again.
