Mcdonald's - Sandy

The food was cold. The cheeseburger, and the fries. I don't pay for cold food. It's degrading. Then when I asked for fresh they acted as though I was being unreasonable. As I was waiting for my food to be cooked fresh the employees were making fun of me in Spanish. I asked for the GM'S name and and informed them that in fact, I understand for Spanish. The ladies eyes nearly bulged out of her face then she began apologizing profusely. Too late damage has been done. I don't pay good money to get cold food and be made fun of. I am extremely upset with this establishment. All the had to do was do their jobs and be nice. Not too hard...I do just then everyday.toobbad I cannot give 0 stars

The manager Christopher holds this entire building.. what amazing customer service and cleanliness! I refuse to go to any other McDonald’s location. Food tastes amazing!

Its mcdonald's the food is hit or miss hot fries cold fries.

Terrible service I have had more bad experiences than i can count. From ridiculous wait times to adding items and upgrading sizes against my wishes to charge me more. I will drive 4x further for different mcdonalds moving fwd. THERES BETTER MCDONALDS CLOSE BY!!!

The lady who hands me my food and drink in the mornings is terrific! She smiles and totally makes my day. This McDonald's and it's staff is the best in all of UTAH! I just love it to the MAX!
