Mint Tapas And Sushi Sandy

Food was alright, not something I would choose to go to again. The restaurant is small but really cute. Staff was friendly and attentive. The Luna roll was my favorite of what I got.

The sushi was all amazing and the ice cream was perfect never had anything like it before. Our server Lindsay was really amazing too! Such a sweetheart — personable and professional. I hope we get her again next time we come

The sushi was excellent. However, the seating for three at the two-top table felt a bit cramped. The sable fish and gyoza appetizers were absolutely delicious.

There's a much better restaurant for a lower price just down the road on 9400s (anyone who appreciates good food knows which places I'm referring to). The staff here are arrogant and tend to ignore customers, and overall, the food is pricey and not impressive.

This is our favorite restaurant in the Salt Lake area. We enjoy sushi at least once a week, if not more, and Mint—along with its second and third locations—offers the best fish. Everything is consistently fresh and delicious. Additionally, for a fun twist, the Holliday location hosts a ten-course tasting menu on Tuesdays! They regularly introduce new and unique flavors, making it a fantastic option for date night.
