Mt. Fuji Sushi Bar and Japanese Cuisine

The quick and dirty: good food, good prices It's exactly what I have come to expect from a hibachi place.

This place has an amazing ambiance, that is if you're lucky enough to get a seat in the booth by the windows. Why I say this is because the booths are those that have a little arch/curtain and is very well lit and makes you feel cozy. I've been here when it was busy and had to sit at a table in the back where it felt lonely and dark. Other than that, the food was amazing. I had a roll and a bowl of ramen that was really good. It took a bit for it to come out to our table but the waiter was very kind that we didn't mind too much.

WORST SUSHI IN TOWN. Used to come here years ago. Has completely gone downhill. They skimp on fish portions, with a high rice:fish ratio. Rice used in sushi rolls was hot (which is a health concern when mixed with raw fish, as it accelerates the growth of bacteria and can seriously increase chances of food poisoning, not to mention creates a terrible taste). Rolls fall apart as you pick them up. And if that wasn't enough, min after ordering the waitress came over to us laughing saying the chef didn't see our ticket when we were the only ones left in the restaurant and that they were just starting to make our food. I must have missed the humor. This is a terrible restaurant with serious quality control issues and potential health code violations. DO NOT RISK GOING TO THIS PLACE!!! And this is coming from someone who knows fish and fine dining.
