Sonic Drive-In - Sandy

Times visited: 2 Franchise: SONIC is honestly one of my favorite fast food places to eat. Their selection is massive, and while I have my suspicions that most of the food is just reheated, it all tastes great, and is at a half decent price. My wife and I always love to go here late and grab ice-cream, and if you have the app, going in the middle of the day for half price drinks and slushies is worth it. I think the menu has something for everyone, for any meal, at any time. Not sure why I haven't been to SONIC more in my life! This Location: I am very disappointed with the service at this location. The last time I went, it took our server 3 times to get our meal right. The first time it wasn't our meal at all, the second time I had to point out on my receipt that we were missing items, and the third time we finally got the rest of our order. And I'm all for letting people with disabilities have normal jobs, don't get me wrong, but working through this with someone who either didn't speak english or couldn't speak at all had me feeling really bad for the employee, as it probably wasn't even their fault. Also, both times I was here, the shakes weren't really mixed well and had remnants of other candies in them... which isn't a huge deal, but I wish they cared a bit more like the other SONIC locations I frequent. Not sure I will return to this location though! Seems troubled.

Previously rated 5 stars but has gone downhill since then. We?ve come here about 4-5 times in the last couple weeks and each time the order has either been wrong, missing items, or we check in after the online order?it says it is ready and someone is bringing it out from the kitchen, and then they never come out. We?ve waited 15 minutes after it said it was coming out, and multiple times have to call in and ask about it. This happened most recently when there were only 2 other customers here, so I can?t attribute it to it being busy. Not sure if orders are just getting forgotten after being done in the kitchen, but it?s been a consistent issue here for us the last couple weeks.

It was my first time coming here. The staff was nice and polite, but the service wasn't the best. I really enjoyed the food, though! Everything is well-made and tastes fresh. I'm a little disappointed that the limeades are carbonated, but that's more of a personal opinion.

I waited for over 10 minutes at one of their stalls and never even got my order taken. So I figured maybe there maybe was just something wrong with that specific stall, so I tried another one. 3 minutes later still nothing. So I decided to try the drive through. I waited there for another 5 minutes, and still nothing! I gave up. I never saw or heard from an employee! I wasted so much time. I love sonic but I'll never come back to this store again. I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes to a different location

Been here before and pretty much the same experience every time. The lady that you order from won?t let you finish your order before she says ?is that it?? I had to repeat myself quite a few times. I guess my card didn?t go through even though they handed me a receipt. They just asked for my card and walked in which was super weird. Then after all of it they got my order wrong but it wasn?t worth it trying to figure it out and chase her down. It?s unfortunate because I really like the food, just not worth the trouble every time.
