This is worst place for subway to have. We love subway but both times we have been here, both time we have worst exp. First the person who makes don't know English, not sure how his is working in USA. Only know yes or no. Seriously that's worst of all. Plus this place went out of stock at 7 pm only. We like spice subway but siracha and other sauce were not available. Which never been case with me since 10 years with subway. I think location of subway is not good so company is just running like this with these people and out of stock issues. Before putting this review in Google, i tried to report on their site but they need info from receipt but i never received one. Worst place ever. Also sandwich was not toasted properly all cheese was like that only. Worst worst worst place. Don't go here.

Ugh. I 've just had the worst experience I 've ever had at a Subway.Tried to use a physical coupon. She tells me it 's expired. Ok my fault. I go Oh most apps (Wendy 's, Mc Donald 's) have a load coupon option and I have the app to find out all deals on app are mobile order only by the employee informing me after giving an irritated sigh. So no deal for me but the sandwiches are already made so I reluctantly pay.Get home to find out that their toaster oven must not be working because my sandwiches are cold and not toasted. I watched the employee put it in the toaster and it had the timer like it usually does. So I do the reasonable thing and try to call Subways to let them know it 's broken. Phone number not working.I try to Submit a ticket via their GuestCare to let them know how it went. It wants information on my receipt. I never got my receipt. It was never offered to me or handed to me. It REQUIRES information from the receipt to send in a response. So I can 't let them know of the issues I 've encountered.At every step I 've had issues and wasn 't happy with how this turned out. My inability to report a non-deal-ed cold sandwiches from an agitated employee made this a 1/10 for me.
Went to pick up my togo order. It wasn't ready then the gentleman gave me a hard time thinking the oder wasn't mine. It was almost a joke
