I got home then I noticed they had small medium and large, and as an athlete like myself if someone had asked me what size I wanted the sandwich I would've known there's a large and gotten a large!! So for that very poor training. Plus me and a manager were on the phone and even though i explained to him that the woman that took my order didn't ask what size i wanted the sub, he started saying that she did ask even though he wasn't there witnessing the conversation! So 4 stars instead of 5 for these 2 reasons: 1. Unprofessionalism 2. Takes no accountability in admitting they made a mistake Overall, the food is good.
Delicious sandwiches and the staff is always nice and attentive. I order frequently and never have had an issue.
Way pricey. $10 for half a sub, no drink, chips, or pickle. Good flavor on Italian, but better deals elsewhere.
I ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch like I always do. Drove back to work my sandwich had no Turkey. This location made it right were very friendly (Firehouse as a company) Firehouse subs has GREATLY reduced the size of their sandwiches. They charge 10+ for a 6 inch sub that’s 3 inches wide. Typical, to get very popular then GREED takes over. I have added a picture of a large sub. Firehouse sizes make ZERO sense
I thought the bread was kind of tough to be honest, not as soft as I’m use to it. The meatballs didn’t have lick of seasoning to me either. But overall the service was good
