Papa Johns Pizza - Sandy Springs

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the manager (if he was) recognized a unsatisfied customer and acted on it immediately. The girl that works there has no customer service skills, what shook me was how she threw the pizza box on the counter and said here’s your pizza and just walked away and I had t even paid yet, she gave me no type of instructions to pay I’m just standing there so I just took it upon myself and put my card in. Overall, she needs to be trained effectively in the area of customer service. Bad experience.

I would like to highlight the man whom I assume is the manager he is gracious and kind. Anytime I order for pick up, he is there, moving with purpose but still slows down to make sure each customer is good to go.

Staff has always been friendly and quick when I pick up carry out. Food always accurate, hot, and tasty. Great place!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust is good. Severe gluten intolerant and never an issue.

Honestly I wanted to take my time to show my appreciation to the staff.By name I want to pint out Josh and Teagan.In all my visits I’ve noticed how they excel in customer service, not only to me but also while I’m waiting I’ve witnessed it.Keep up the awesome work.Thank you.
