Contribuisci feedbackI had never done a coffee with dieucks wrong, but it was this morning. I ordered a white mocha and get only mocha / chocolate. whatever it was, no great taste. When I called her, the young lady said they want to come back so that we can revive her? I told her I was already at work. she said okay, I'll let her know. she didn't try to get a name. So I wondered, so I'll get a new coffee tomorrow? she said yes, I'm gonna let her know what's her name? I understand that this location was busy, but a large customer service goes far.
I usually don't leave any reviews, but this morning a mess was ordered forward and was said I had to go through the line. of course I have already paid for my order and had no time to sit through the double line. time and money before work. if people can't get in, they will update the order page to only run thru pick-up.
Ordered ahead only to arrive to locked doors. They are only letting you pick up orders in the drive thru line which was too long to have to wait for an order that’s already ready. Not sure why they wouldnt have the lobby open at least for mobile orders. I called customer service to get a refund and received an additional $15 credit on my account at least. Also I tried to call the store and of course the line is busy.
I work in EMS. Placed a mobile order and had no notice no walk ins were being accepted. We arrived and called the number on the sign x 3 and ignored. Knocked the door and ignored. I'm Refused to answer the door. Our ambulance will fit thru the drive thru. They took our money. We wasted our limit lunch time standing outside. This is very poor customer service We stood outside for over 20 mins while staff looked at us and blankly ignored us.
I can't believe what just happened to me. I ordered online and have employee pick up my order unfortunately they have a staffing issues so we could only pick it up through the drive-thru. Since we work in the same office building. She just walked there. When she got there he slammed the door and said we are not taking anybody in our store. She then proceeded to go to the drive-thru and slammed the door again saying we can't serve you if you don't have a car. She patiently waited until they open the door at the drive-thru and told them to cancel the order. He then proceeded to tell her to call corporate and slammed the door again. I know there's a million Starbucks but this one has the worst customer service
