Chipotle Mexican Grill - Sanford

Second time in a row I ordered a burrito bowl and they just sent a little bit of chicken in a bowl, nothing else, no rice, toppings, nothing, just a little chicken, for 17 dollars I a few dices of chicken. how can you mess up this bad twice in a row?!

All that was in bowl was Chicken nothing else no rice or beans

I'll never buy food from this place again. every time my family ordered eating it was always wrong, it was always the whole opposite of what we ordered, the last time we made it sick, I don't know what's going on this place, but it sucks.

Chipotle in Sanford Is a pigsty! Chipotle is always busy because the food is awesome. That being said, the Manager of this location on the afternoon of July 24, 2002, needs better organizational and delegation skills. You have four people behind the line and only two are working- assign one of the stationary workers to empty the overflowing trash bins by the front door. Another employee is going from table to table spreading crumbs around and not even getting them off of the table. Also, not washing the rag between tables or carrying cleaner with him. The line was filthy! Detritus everywhere. When they lifted the empty rice bin to replace it the bottom of the steamer was filled with rice soup. I personally know how challenging the food industry is and what seems to be missing most from this location is proper training. Do better District Management!

I appreciate this location. I have not had any issues, unlike other locations. Other locations have had overcooked meats, over salted rice or have had my delivery order missing things. This location I have had both delivered, ordered ahead for pickup, and made in person, they meet each request and never feel like I get ripped off. I also order my bowls/burritos with almost everything and they gladly fill those items and close them up without deterring me to lessen things.
