D'sara Bakery Cafe - Sanford

Great food and amazing service! I suggest getting a sandwich or the pork shoulder over rice. They do have empanadas as well, my favorite is the beef. Ask for garlic sauce.

Restaurant was very clean and staff was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the Chipotle sandwich with grilled chicken, chipotle sauce, cheddar, and tomato (it was supposed to be avocado, but they were out, so I had to settle for tomato). It tasted good, the chipotle sauce was smoky and a bit sweet and there was a decent amount of tender chicken and plenty of sliced cheddar. My only suggestions for improvement would be to toast the bread, melt the cheese better, and add the chipotle sauce last instead of first, so that way it won’t start to soggy the bread. I would be cool with returning though, so I could try the cafeteria style prepared entrees.

Staff is great ,food is good, and very good atmosphere

Definitely not what I was expecting by the name but the food was bland and didn't have much flavor. My boyfriend is Hispanic and he was very disappointed in the flavors of everything as well.
