I called an order for the delivery and was told to the driver, was somehow new and slow and would be ready to wait for one. I asked how long and was told at least about an hour. this jimmy john 's was less than a mile from our hotel and according to their own standards it should not have taken more than 15 minutes. I placed the order irresistible and said I would pick it up instead. when I returned to our hotel room, there were no serviettes, the brot was hard, and the subs were not even close to the standard quality of jimmy john 's. this subchain has been in business for more than three decades and I would normally recommend it to everyone. but not this particular location. there are many other restaurants nearby, including other sub-sites and delis. you will be better with each of them.
I put an order in for Slim 3 with cheese cut in half . They delivered a cheese sandwich cut in half. I called and spoke to the manager .she didn't apologize for the mistake. All she did was say that I needed to send back the sandwich they made the mistake on. It took them over 40 minutes to get me my sandwich. Once received they didn't cut it in half and also was skimpy with the tuna. I always order from them but because the supervisor was not apologetic regarding what happened. I will not be ordering from them anymore. Sincerely unhappy customer !!!!!!!
This location just lost our business. We like Jimmy John 's sandwiches and had them deliver an order to our house a week ago. No problems. This Friday we decided to do the same thing and have sandwiches delivered. We were told they couldn 't because we were outside the box ! We live exactly 2.5 miles away from the store! The manager, at least I think she was the manager, said that they shouldn 't have delivered to us last week and that we live on the wrong side of road that marks the perimeter of their box . We are 0.3 miles off that road and six minutes from their location. I was just floored. As someone who has worked previously in customer service, I was just amazed at their lack of care about maintaining good customer relations. It wasn 't like we were asking them to go even mile out of their way and they had previously delivered to us. I think it just speaks to the incompetency and ineptitude of the management at this location. We will not be going to this location again. Based on the other reviews here and on other sites, seems we are not the only ones dissatisfied with the service at this location.
Ordered lunch for a meeting, delivery, it never made it and almost an hour later I had to call to find out the delivery guy couldn't find me. This part was not their fault, though considering I ordered on the app and they emailed and alerted me when it was on the way, they had multiple ways to reach me. They remade the order, though didn't seem happy about it and delivered it quickly the second time. 2 of the 3 people eating (I didn't order anything for myself) ended up sick the rest of the day, they both had the Vito.
We ordered sandwiches from this place online which was followed by our confirmation email. Thirty five minutes later we got a phone call from the store informing us that they had made our sandwiches and started to deliver them, but when they realized we were outside of their delivery area, they turned around and cancelled our delivery. We live less than four miles away from this location, by the way. This store not only wasted the food, but will now lose the sale from that order, plus ALL of our future business and hopefully everybody else's business that I intend on telling about our experience. This type of customer service is beyond inexcusable.
