Taco Bell - Sanford

Been using doordash for about 5 years lived in lots of different places and this is by far the worst Taco Bell Ive yet to experience. Not only is it every time I order somethings wrong, its thats EVERYTHING is wrong. I get mistakes for sure but this is every time now and not just one but 70% wrong and whats funny is I order everything plain every time and yall put in more response effort yourselves making the items how adding a bunch of extra ingredients when theyre all just meat and cheese like...

The industry is only as strong as its weakest connection, and its “Manager Nate” is definitely nothing. they accept our order on the app, just to come there and say that they are closed, and have “Nate” refuse to give us our food or refund our money back. if they insist that they want their refund, he literally goes over the loudspeaker, screams incoherent and curses them. this branch needs either a new “manager” or simply has to be torn and replaced by another company, as the current management is not only an epic failure, but also bipolar and verbal abusive! Very disappointed. I went in after the order because the manager asked me, I just wanted a steak burrito? with light sour cream, would they think that the first thing she would put in her would be steak right? I have a burrito with hamburger meat in it? Why always I, because I didn't check twice as much as I should have done, even though I went in. the manager was nice to say, but what good did I do? I could not return to get the right one because I came by and stopped at this place.

When we went around 9 pm, it was really busy. we had an order with 3 combos, it took forever for us to even get to the window to get our food, then once they took payment it was taking forever to get the food, so they had us pull up to the front door, the guy that came out said sorry about the wait there was an order screw up so we get home and our order was not only screwed up anyways, we were missing things and got things that we didnt order..but it wasn 't all that warm.
