Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Came here on 4/18/2024 at 5pm, was very impressed with the staff. Friendly, quick service. Nothing spectacular, but good service doesn’t get recognized enough. Well done.

Drive thru line was super slow, but server/cashier was friendly and food was really good.

We just got 3 SMALL things of ice cream and it cost FIFTEN DOLLARS. Also, there was hardly any ice cream in my Sundae, didnt even fill the cup. And there was even LESS hot fudge...like seriously a tablespoon worth on the WHOLE thing. I will NEVER go there again and we live right around the corner. The 1 concrete in the order tasted good and that was the only thing positive to say. You LOST a customer tonight. And I will be telling all my friends how horrible the portion was and it took 10 mins before anyone even came to the window to take the money and there was NO ONE in front of us. UNREAL. I will just keep my money, thanks.

Chicken was good. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was clean.
