Los Rancheros Inc. - Sangamon

This Mexican restaurant has been around for years. It used to be my go to place but sadly the last couple times I have come in the service has been uncomfortably rude and the food has never recovered from COVID. The most recent time I went in I ask my server for a mandarin Jarritos and she brought me an orange soda : When I inquired about this she told me “it’s the same thing!” : Well okay Los Rancheros I’m done giving you chances…… rude! rude! rude! If your costumer has a brand preference, you should respect this…. just tell me you are out or don’t stock it anymore. Give me the option to choose something else. AND the food is still subpar and overpriced. I miss the way your restaurant used to be BUT I will not be back.

We ate there for dinner last night. Food was great. But our waiter totally ignored us. He seemed annoyed just to take our order. And he never came back our table. Not once. So.. I would suggest take out.

Great place to eat. Authentic Mexican food with great service.

Ordered a carnitas burrito $13.49 when I get my check it says $14.03 for it I asked about it and they said if I was paying with cash it was cheaper I didn't know they was a gas station if they over charge all the people that come in and nobody catches this. It's
