After we dived the slopes, we called here to warm up with a glowing wine. glow wine is made from red wine, cinnamon, sugar, orange and nelken, and this was one of the best I had during the Skying trip in Austria.
Not a lot of atmosphere and only a few more, but it was out of season. service excellent and eat well.
Very friendly staff. good eating. I recommming burger but what was really amazing: the ribs (not in the menu, ask the staff). best restaurant option in st michael, especially if they are boring with all the carvings.
We've visited here in summer and also previously in winter. It's a modern style bar restaurant, not typical Austrian, but the service is typical Austrian with friendly welcoming staff. The prices are reasonable for a restaurant close to the ski lift and pizzas fantastic. Real...authentic thin crust with. Dry tasty fresh toppings. The traditional Austrian food is great too. If you arrive in a big group, nothing is a problem and they quickly adapt the tables to accommodate. Food and drink arrive promptly with none of the usual European tradition of people eating while others wait. The small ion kitchen seams to manage with everything, we have eaten as a group of 22 before! In summer, try the cocktails and ice creams.
This restaurant is located right at the bottom of a good sky slope, where you could catch the bus back to your hotel, return your skis or go back up on the lifts to the top. Quite a modern place, compared to the restaurants on...the slopes. After skying down the slope, we called here to warm up with a Glühwein each. Glühwein is made of red wine, cinnamon, sugar, oranges and cloves, and the one I had here was one of the best I had while on the skying trip in Austria.
