Big John's Italian Seafood - SANS SOUCI

During my last visit, we ordered 9 pizzas for delivery. Even though there was a bit of a wait, the pizzas were fantastic, and my guests absolutely loved them. I've dined in many times as well, and I really enjoy the generous portions and excellent meals.

I ordered a pizza without pepperoni, but I received a pizza with salami instead. In my opinion, salami contains pork, which I didn’t want. I used to enjoy this place, but not anymore! Additionally, the staff was rude, although the delivery was faster and more efficient than the service from the waiters.

We had dinner there as a family, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The vegetables were still partially frozen, and we noticed cockroaches crawling on the walls. The schnitzel was terrible and had a smell of old oil. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Great food as always. Can never make up my mind, if I should get a pizza or steak. So I always get both and they never disappoint.

I would never order from them ever again I have never experienced such rude service by all staff who answered the phone when trying to chase up my order which was over 3hours late, after the fifth call was hung up on by staff and I was not even rude.. not a very nice experience not recommended.
