Contribuisci feedbackLoved it. Amazing Waygu and ambiance was brilliant. Service spot on not cheap but you won’t get bargains in Ibiza. Got bitten by mosquitoes but can’t blame the venue for that. Brilliant place.
Let’s start with the positives. Vibey atmosphere and close to the airport. Other than that, the service was exceptionally poor, food was average, over priced and trying to position itself as a high end Ibiza venue whilst sadly failing. We paid €700 for two bottles of wine and four peoples food there are plenty of better places you can visit for half the price. Wine list is extensive but cheapest bottle is €70 and you feel like a pauper ordering anything under €100. Some of the staff are great but there are clearly a large proportion of poorly trained staff with terrible attitudes who clearly think serving you is beneath them. This couldn’t be more clearly reflected by the manager of the restaurant who couldn’t have cared a less about our concerns and was more interested in his own reflection. Having spent many years in Ibiza and been to most restaurants, I think you can do much better elsewhere.
Great food, amazing server. Atmosphere was good. Unfortunately all of this was ruined by the head of security at the door. We asked for a taxi and waited 20 mins by the entrance. A couple came and tried to get a taxi before us, by waiting out in the street. The husband came back to the waiting area and told his wife “the street is too narrow for a taxi to stop out there. There’s no way around it”. Minutes later the security informs us that he got us a private van (90 euros) and that way we are no longer in line for a (20euro) taxi, hence the couple will get the next taxi. We reminded him that we were there first. The couple looked tired we felt bad and let them take the taxi. After sometime we stopped another taxi. There comes the security asking the taxi not to take us forcing us to take a private car that hasn’t even arrived 30 mins later.
Unsure how to even begin. Upon entering the premises the expectations were high, though unfortunately were never met. The food was decent but certainly not anywhere near the amount of money we were paying. Their sommelier was nowhere near qualified as he had to ask the manager for wine advice (he even had to send a bottle of wine back because he advised the incorrect wine type). The waiters were very impatient and pushy and I felt rushed between sittings and while eating. I felt that in the end we paid for the decor and design of the restaurant rather than the food and drinks. Would not recommend.
Food was ok. But minimal portions and extremely over-priced. Beautiful venue, though the obnoxious service ruined the whole evening for us. The waiter was strongly pushing us on numerous occasions to order more and more, but we didn’t want to. Won’t go back and don’t recommend. Unless you have more money than sense and can deal with the ego of some of the staff.
