He then shoved me and ran out of the room. I then found the window broken open. There is also only one entrance to the hotel so I don’t know how he got in and past the front desk worker John . I told John at the front desk, he was no help at all. My father then called the hotel and John told him that I was drunk and that I LIED about the entire thing to get back…. After I handed him the broken window and showed him our belongings were everywhere. We spoke to the manager who was sympathetic but wasn’t able to do anything. No back, no care to help us and there are no cameras in the back of the hotel or on any floor except the lobby…. Oh and the front desk guy John called the police at 3 am when it happened and when they got there he told them that we were lying. The police did nothing. Santos Ibiza 2022
Stayed at the Santos for 5 nights and had a great stay... Pool area was great with DJ playing all day the pool staff were fantastic always there for your every need... The lunch was fantastic and drinks went down really well. The room was a bit compact for 3 people but it didn't ruin our stay... The staff were great and were there if we needed them. Location was fantastic right on the beach front and less then a 2 min walk from the strip. Thanks for a great stay
They did the best Jagermeister Mule and Nachos EVER (and big). Also the breakfast was really really good. Love their food.
Food is good service is fast active staff is co-operative. you can have fresh sea food cerveza offcourse
The reason I say excellent and gave it 5 stars is because the staff were absolutely lovely and friendly. I also liked the fact that security/lifeguard kept the more rowdy and inebriated guests from doing anything too stupid in the pool. They also took pity on these two hungry girls looking for breakfast (even as they were getting ready to clear the breakfast spread) when all the other beach clubs along the strip were reserved weeks in advance or had impossibly steep prices. Santos wasn't cheap but reasonable in the middle of high season. In order to secure a beach bed for the day, we had to spend a minimum 40€/person. Breakfast was 14€ and afterwards it wasn't difficult to make sure our bill was over the minimum charge. We tried the fresh juice concoctions as well as some Pad Thai and Papaya Prawn salad. The Pad Thai was surprisingly good. If you go early in the morning, you get to pick out your beach bed and grab an umbrella. Though beware of the windy days because our umbrella kept tipping over with every strong gust of wind. Definitely fun for a group of friends and great for couples!
