I ordered the prepared tacos dorados, and they did not disappoint! I received four fried potato tacos topped with refried beans, crispy pork carnitas, pickled onions, and a spicy salsa (the same one they use for their torta ahogada). We also tried the torta ahogada with carnitas and with barbacoa. The bread is truly authentic, and the salsa packs a serious heat. Just be cautious when you ask for extra spicy! The agua de horchata is a great way to cool down the burning sensation in your mouth, just so you know.

I absolutely love this food truck! The service is fantastic, and the tacos are incredible—juicy and perfectly cooked. It can get a bit busy, but that's only because they're so popular. My all-time favorite has to be the tacos dorados!

Finding a great torta ahogada that tastes like home can be a challenge, but this place comes very close. It’s a must-try! Food: 5/5
