Come here before it's over... It's been 10 years. We look forward to the new place, but Playground is Playground and you could also have a last unforgettable experience.
Easily the best chefs in Orange County. Consistent excellence! I have been here 5-10 times and every time, every dish is wonderful.
The arrest was fantastic! We loved it. Servers were great and food and drinks were great! I can't say enough about it. Every court is so creative! Can't wait to go back!
Good news and bad news. The good news is that the Sticky Toffee pudding is still there and out of this world. The bad news is that they are not entirely at the level of the playground with their other dishes. Something just wasn't there in any court we ordered. The cheese bread had delicious cheese and Arrabiatta sauce, but the bread itself lacked this additional taste. The braided short ribs were good, but it tasted closer to pot roasts, although the sauce and pickled onions were delicious. We also had the lamb dumpling that was good, but again something with a bitter aftertaste. We also had the beer sausage. All about this dish was good, but the texture of the bratwurst was really fine ground, so it was thrown away me because it was dissimilarly bratwurst texture to which I am used. Everything was just there almost exactly to take you over the top in taste liquor play area earlier, but it just didn't come for me. I'll come back for the toffee pudding when they leave me after this review. Also, to be fair, they were only opened as detention a short time and the menu will change again, offers new dishes. We ordered 5 dishes and spent about $150. P.S. The ambience and waiting staff are great.
