El Cortijo Grill Peruvian Express

Came to try out this restaurant was amazed at how well the food is and from there great service. really recommend to try this restaurant, they will be satisfied with how good it is to eat!

This charming little restaurant is the perfect spot for enjoying Peruvian cuisine. During my visit, they even had karaoke! The food was fresh and delicious, though it was a bit on the pricier side. I understand that inflation has affected prices.

My wife and I were near santa ana and we were just googling the next Peruvian restaurant and came over these, looked at the reviews and it looked like it was great. Once we were there, it wasn't so inviting. we ordered our eating my wife ordered a lomo saltado without tomato and I ordered an arroz arroz chaufa de camarones. they only brought out our order when they messed up me and brought the wrong court to take it back and regain it. the dish lomo of my wife brought back the tomatoes and took the tomatoes and brought them back. you were not even hot, it was a bit cold served. the rice was super muddy as seen on the photo. the fries ride that they are stuck in them, look like bagged frits of mcdonald. the quality of the meat was terrible for $18 it was not worth it. I'm sorry we were very disappointed. we have paid 57 for a meal we do not enjoy. I was in many Peruvian restaurants and had never tasted my food. my wife literally took only three bites when that from eating and stop touching it. it ruined our day. improve their taste and quality of food when they are charged so much per dish.

Reis was not properly cooked. in consideration that the kitchen was not busy, served unimpressed by the food

Definitely a hidden gem. Best Peruvian ceviche ever and really good
