Very dissapointing when we approached the drive The rude cashier on the speaker told us they had no chicken. I was like what they were selling back then. I wasn't angry with the fact that she wasn't a chicken (6:30) but the attitude of the cashier was very despicable.
We love El pollo loco and our dogs love it also they eat the chicken and the bone we always love a 10 pc leg and thighs only four 2 dogs.
Drive through cashier was great food, but like all costs have risen.
Our order was placed online and confirmation was given to us that the order is ready to pick up 7:20. He had come to the restaurant at 7:30 a.m. and the order was not even prepared, not mentioning the manager and the staff smoking in front of the restaurant. It wasn't until 19:59 when the order was finished. Terrible experience. Corporate needs to be informed about these employees.
