Gail's is undoubtedly one of Orange County's best-kept secrets! The food is fantastic, the menu offers a wide variety of choices, and the portion sizes are quite generous. What I appreciate most is that the staff remembers your name, favorite dishes, and preferences. I love that it has been a beloved establishment for nearly 50 years, serving generations of customers. As a female-minority-owned business, it holds a special place in the community. Here's to hoping it continues to shine in Orange County for many more years!

I absolutely love dining at Gail's! The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the portion sizes are generous. Their menu features a great variety of choices. They really don’t hold back on the protein in their sandwiches; they're always loaded with meat. I make it a point to eat here at least once a week, and I've never been let down!

Their food tastes great and fresh. The people who work here are nice too. My only issue is the weight is long at lunch time. They do take orders over the phone, but still some weighting to pick up because it's only one lady at the register. She tries to multitask, but it makes you feel awkward. Hot sandwiches come with choice of soup, macaroni salad or potato salad which you get in a dressing cup, but it's yummy. They take card and cash. They offer to go, but the cashier usually tells you it takes longer if you have it to go. I still don't know how, but whatever i think she just does not want to pay for more to go materials. I've had their philly and patty melt, both really good. Also no ac so take it with you or eat outside.

This place and the staff are the best!!! They are so nice and friendly. After coming here a couple of times they pretty much knew what my order was going ro be when they saw me! The menu is great. I'd recommend trying the Korean BBQ, which is on the menu Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They can very busy during lunch hours so I'd also recommend calling your order in ahead of time if possible. If they aren't busy, you will receive your food very quickly! I wish there were more places like this around. I would give this place more stars if it let me!
