Contribuisci feedbackService was strange, it seemed as if our waitress had too many tables and there were two youngs standing around to simply call them on different tables but not help her. super frustrating. eating was good as usual, but from all the time I was here, there was only one server that felt like I was welcome there. that was not tonight, that was manny I think the back section works near the kitchen. tonight I was placed by the terrace door, which was icy. all the guests in this area woke. that is a creepy look for a beautiful evening meal. the cocktails were inconsistent. my first splash was delicious and came with an orange wedge. my second had no hurry and was bitter. our table was full of empty dirty dishes while we tried our tellers and we had to ask for tellers and cute. the waitress was clearly tired. overall it was a embarrassing experience for me to take my friends there for their first visit, one was out to visit india and it felt just really bad I wish I had done flemings.
This is my favorite place to have a business lunch. The food is good and so is the service.
Disappointed that they charged a 3% inflation factor
Noise level of energetic is bogus. It was loud. We sat in the patio area. That said, the food was absolutely awesome. I had the Pollo à la Funghi. And the service from Claudia was great. Highly recommended.
I remember Il Fornaio when it was in the Saint Claire Hotel. It seemed like there were more menu choices and they would do themed dishes featuring Italian regions. Now, the food is fine, but it is not as imaginative. The salade Regina was very interesting and we might try making it at home. Service could have been a little bit more prompt, especially at the beginning when ordering pre-dinner drinks. Once we ordered food, it came very quickly, perhaps a bit too quickly as we weren't finished with our salads when the entrees came out. And then one member of our party wanted parmesan cheese on her pasta, but the wait staff didn't come back real soon so by the time they did and she requested it and they brought it (in a bowl that looked like it came from the green can rather than grating it) her pasta was room temperature. And then there was the (all too common) thing where you are done with your food and nobody comes to offer dessert or the check. So the timing was a bit off. Slow, then lickety split, then slow.
