What an interesting restaurant... You take a number and watch open seating for anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes while you wait. I have actually seen 10 open seats at one time and no parties being seated. I think they are actually attempting to deter people from eating at the restaurant. Very strange. Possibly, they have a dishwashing or table cleanup issue. Altogether, it is poor management and a great loss of revenue for this cute, quaint little sushi place. Sadly, the owner must be very hands off. I would recommend a new busboy or additional oversight for the existing employees... Maybe even invest in a new busboy. Why leave money on the table and have disappointed customers? Lost a customer here. Not worth the wait!

I dont know what happened to this place? Never used to be like this...came here at 4pm ish, there were maybe 7 customers here, empty booths. Asked for a booth and the staff was very lazy to clean one up for us, said it would be 15min wait, even tho there was 3 staff members huddled around the computer. Got seat, no one brought us straws, ginger or wasabi...no big deal, asked for some. First order went without an issue, then made the second order and waited like 20+mins, wasn't close to coming out. Canceled order and asked for the check, staff gave out nothing but attitude, like it was our fault, no explanation didn't check with the chef or anything. As we were leaving, food started coming out...
