Kaizen Shabu - Santa Ana

Amazing experience and food in every way! We just came in from Dallas, never had Shabu Shabu. And we had the most AMAZING experience!! Food was INCREDIBLE! The owner and his whole team had the most amazing service I’ve experienced in a long time! Can’t recommend enough!Food: 5/5

Been here a few times, bumped into the owner and he offered us drinks while we wait. Got a table outside, thankfully the weather was nice. Have a good selection of meats to choose from. Alcohol was also available in good options to choose from.

The food here is always amazing! staff is always very friendly and on top of things multiple check ins to ask about refills anything we need. the place is small so counter space is limited but they have outside seating available.

I visited a fantastic Shabu Shabu restaurant in Santa Ana. The Wagyu beef broth was delicious and the prime rib 10 oz beef was tender and just the right thickness. I will definitely return next time I am in Orange County.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the service is friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is awesome and the meat quality is top-notch. What more could you ask for?
