Lee's Sandwiches Santa Ana

The tea was excellent, and the bubble waffle was both delicious and surprisingly filling. I had the strawberries and cream flavor, while my daughter chose the ice cream bubble waffle. Unfortunately, I can't remember which tea I ordered.

After a trip to Target, I found myself craving caffeine and noticed Presotea in the same parking lot, so I decided to stop by. On a warm summer day, I ordered an iced Presotea House Coffee, which is made with condensed milk, knowing it would be quite sweet. I requested it to be half sweet and added sea cream. My order came out quickly, but unfortunately, it was still really sweet. The service was fast, and the girl who took my order was very nice, but I don’t think I’ll be returning for the drinks.

Excellent tea and outstanding customer service; definitely worth the trip!

This place tea is good. The location is cute but in the corner where it's hard to find. They deserve more than 3 stars though. Workers are so kind. The milk tea is perfect for a hot day. Will be back.

The tea was good. The lobby was hot and stuffy and the place had a weird smell to it. With so many good boba spots in OC this one will not be my top pick.
