Longhorn Steakhouse - Valle Oriente

The service is just okay, not great, and definitely not excellent. The food is somewhat average, and for the price, there are many other restaurants with better dishes and a more formal atmosphere. Only the cuts dishes were better than average, the rest were below average.

Honestly? It doesn't compare to those in the United States. The meat was tough and flavorless. They have placed themselves in a location with an abundance of steak restaurants, and by not bringing the real flavors of Longhorn, it leaves much to be desired.

They take a long time to serve the main dishes, you feel invisible, no waiter attends to you, we decided not to order anything additional (dessert, coffee, more drinks) because we urgently needed to leave due to the terrible service. Better go somewhere else.

The quality of the food was average and we received terrible service and advice from our assigned waiter. A disappointment from a restaurant of this category! The reservation was honored on time, the reception and table assignment were excellent! As well as the decoration and restaurant quality!

What delicious and tender meat in an environment perfect for meat lovers, accompanied by a great Shiraz wine.
