My experience in mix mix mix was good, mixed, but overall not bad. the food was in order, the service was good (but slowed clearly how tables filled) and.
Finally, this place tried to read so long. it was a Friday night, my friend-now engaged has just suggested the day before and we wanted.
5 years jubilee menu $55 first curs seared hamachi, calaman sauce si fourge, jazzy knistern the first dish is a refreshing hamachi yellowtail appetitor. the mini tomatoes are bright and alive, and the hamachi is subtle and fresh. with small sounds of zitrus, tweepers and greens, this is a nice refreshing starter. are also included blacks similar to chicharrons, and offer a beautiful salty and crispy topping. second curs crispy pork cheeks maitake mushroom, jalapeño aioli the fried makula mushrooms in this dish are very tasty and can be mistaken for a very soft meat. they are melted in their mouth soft and very tasteful. they can simply enjoy this as a tasteful finger food, such as chicken carage. but it's not like it's much healthier. the crispy pork cheeks are clearly fleshy and also have an excellent taste. both go unbelievably with the jalapeño aioli that gives a creamy and quite spicy kick. third curs branzino and clam sinagang the branzino is served via a tasteful suppe like base, which blends perfectly with the muscheln. this is the properties of a sinus, a Filipino stew with tasteful tangie aspekte. the fish is super soft in the texture, mild and buttery in taste, with a crispy skin softened from the broth. on the fish is a very tasteful chimichurri like sauce. the carrots, carrots and celery in the suppe are a supplement to the other salty seafoods in the plate. main course hangar steak, purple kartoffel puree, wobbles, toyomansi brown butter emulsion the hangar steak main dish is an unexpectedly large portion. the steak is pre-cut and served over a very creative purple potato puree with grilled whirl rings and a beautiful steak sauce brown butter emulsion. I'm convinced they wanted purple kartoffels for the beautiful ally of the position to say purple kartoffel pure. the steak is cooked in a medium rarely with a pink-red center. the spice and seer adds a great note of taste and texture. the grilled swirl add a much appreciated taste contrast to the steak, reminds of a schish kabob. the purple potato puree is quite kreatiw and is very tasty. it is not quite like kartoffels, as it is much finer and creamier in the texture, and is almost like a thick sauce to steak instead of its own side. this is a full-fledged main dish that thinks the comfort of the easy, they get their money in terms of quantity. dessert tropical verrine kokosnuss panna cotta, mango sorbet, ube eis, macadamia nuts, tropical fruits, passion fruit that dessert is a pretty selection of aromen. above is a Ube ice cream with a nutty taste. then there is an upper layer of sweet mango sorbet, and a sortiment of small fenced fruits including cocosnus, passion fruits and macadamia nuts. Finally, the large part of dessert is a very thick coconut panna citta. this panna cotta is very thick in the texture and has a very strong cocose taste. this is a fairly rich and heavy desert, and those who love cocosnus will love this dessert. Overall, I would say that this was a very pleasant meal. I love their Prix fixe options, as it allows them to taste and eat a sortiment of delicious dishes. While it is offered, I think that the 5 years anniversary special is a fantastic choice, as it is an additional dish compared to the normal four curs prix fixe menu, at only $5 more $50 original.) the main difference is that the 5 year curs has set elements while they get the opportunity to choose their dishes for the four course menu. in any case, the 5 years menu was delicious and had a wonderful sortiment dressed. the main course is very fillable by a generous part of the meat they certainly think they have their money. this is a filling of satisfying foods.
The price is very decent for the quality of the food they receive. the cocktail is on the point. service was excellent. eating presentation was nice.
