Pho Asian Grill - Santa Ana

We visited this restaurant and everything was fine until we asked for the bill. The noodle soup they advertised for $8.95 was actually charged at double the price, and we ended up paying around $36 for two people ordering the same dish. It was a terrible experience. We didn't protest at the time, but we definitely won't be returning.

I have lived in Tustin/Santa Ana my whole life and am now raising my own family here. While I'm familiar with this restaurant, I'm disappointed to say that it seems they increase prices for takeout, likely hoping customers won’t notice the menu prices. I have a strong dislike for anyone who tries to take advantage of others for extra money, especially during these times. Dishonesty in business is something to be ashamed of. Additionally, the chicken in the chicken pho was incredibly unappetizing. It was gray and looked very questionable—I'm not even sure which part of the chicken it was from. It was just downright gross. My experience at Pho Asian Grill is over. Be sure to check your itemized receipts!

The food was excellent. We ordered tofu and vegetables with crispy noodles. The sauce was rich, the vegetables were firm, and the service was courteous.

Food is delicious! I wanted something grilled so I had the beef. Delicious. We had a gluten-free member of our party. No problem with the variety on the menu.Friendly staff all family I surmised. Will definitely go again. The only reason for not giving a 5-star rating is the initial service was slow and we/I felt that we waited too long to initially get glasses of water.

This was a very pleasant surprise. The food was delicious and the servings were very generous. Everybody loved the food. We all ordered different dishes from Pho to Curry and we loved all of it. We will be back for more to try out the different dishes.Parking: Plenty of parking
