Vinaigrette - Santa Fe

A very good restaurant. We loved the food options and the food we got was excellent. Wanted to go back but our trip was too short.

Lovely patio dining experience. The food was fresh and good. Very vegetarian friendly.

This is the worst restaurant crew I have ever encountered. It was difficult to find the restaurant in the first place. Upon entering, we saw 4-5 people in the kitchen area. After finally getting someone's attention, we were told to have a seat and that the wait staff would be with us shortly. However, after waiting for over 15 minutes, we had to ask another customer if they had been served. Eventually, someone in a Calvin Klein sweater took our order. The food arrived quickly and was delicious, but we never saw another employee after that. We had to flag someone down to get our check as one employee, dressed in black, was on their phone the whole time. We have had good experiences at the Albuquerque location, but the Santa Fe location was a disaster. It seems like the employees feel entitled and lazy despite the generous minimum wage in Santa Fe.

Very good food. Ordered focaccia which our waiter never brought. Waiter didn’t fill water glasses when empty.

Beautiful setting. An exceptional menu. Good service though there were some snafus.
